Updating Company Profile

 

The Company Profile tab holds important information such as your company contact information, where order notification emails are sent, and your company logo. 

The primary updates to make to the Company Profile are:

Updating Order Desk Email
Updating Order Form Permissions
Adding Company Logo
Turning on/off Rep and Buyer Access 

 

To update Company Contact Information

1) Navigate to the company tab from the AMP CMS

2) Click Change profile from the Company Profile section

3) Update contact information fields

4) Click Update to save changes

To update Order Desk Email

1) Navigate to the company tab from the AMP CMS

2) Click Change profile from the Company Profile section

3) Update the Order desk emails (separate by comma) field

4) Click Update to save changes

 

To update Order Form Permissions

1) Navigate to the company tab from the AMP CMS

2) Click Change profile from the Company Profile section

3) Click the dropdown and select between the options 

  • Allowed, without a warning
  • Allowed, with a warning
  • Disallowed

4) Click Update to save changes

To add Company Logo

1) Navigate to the company tab from the AMP CMS

2) Click Change profile from the Company Profile section

3) Click the Choose File button

4) Select the photo files you'd like to upload from your computer and click Open

5) Click Update to save changes
