How To: Sync a Database and Keep Your Catalog Up to Date

Syncing databases is very important to ensuring you have the most up to date data. You should sync at the start of each day to make sure you are ready to go!

Syncing a Database

1) Open the AMP Sell App 

2) Select a database with SYNC REQUIRED in red text next to the name

3) Tap Sync Selected at the bottom of the screen

4) Wait until SYNC REQUIRED changes to up-to-date to ensure you have fully synced

5) Repeat as necessary for other databases

Note: if you have a large catalog - or a large number of catalogs - requiring syncing, you may wish to do this overnight. To do so, ensure your iPad is plugged in, and disable the Screen Lock from your Settings. Then start the sync, and in the morning re-enable your Screen Lock - you should be all set!
