Editing Orders

After an order has been placed by a rep or a buyer in AMP, it can be edited from the AMP CMS. Orders are often edited to adjust quantity or pricing, add a PO# or additional products, or change another aspect of the order.

To edit an order in AMP

  1. Navigate to Sales Overview from the AMP CMS
  2. Click an Order # to open the order you want to edit

3.Click the Edit Order button

4.Make any adjustments to PO#, quantity, order type, SKUs, addresses, notes, etc. that you need to make

5.Click Save Changes and then click Done

 

Pro Tip: Order editing can be enabled and disabled for your AMP account from the Change Profile section of your company tab.
